This privacy policy is applicable to the Sleep Time app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Oleg Filimonov (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS".
Sleep Time does not require or offer an account. Your alarm times and calculator settings are saved on your device. If you send feedback or a translation suggestion, Sentry receives the message and any email address you optionally provide so we can investigate and respond. You can use the app without sending feedback or providing an email address. The feedback form does not request your name or attach screenshots.
Tips are optional in-app purchases processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. RevenueCat receives purchase records, including product and transaction identifiers, to record and analyze tips. We do not receive your payment card or bank account details.
Google Analytics for Firebase collects app-instance identifiers, device and app information, screen views, sessions, purchase events, and app preferences such as theme, time format, and the selected nap timer length. It derives approximate location from your IP address. Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, and Sentry collect crash logs, diagnostic information, and performance measurements to help us find and fix problems. These reports are retained for analysis rather than processed only in memory. Automatic analytics and diagnostic collection has no in-app opt-out.
This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The services below process data on our behalf for app functionality, support, analytics, and reliability. Some records contain app-instance or transaction identifiers, and feedback can contain your email address; these records are not necessarily anonymous. Sleep Time's Analytics property is also linked to Google Ads with personalized advertising enabled. Analytics data, including app activity, identifiers, approximate location, and purchase events, may be shared with Google Ads for campaign measurement and advertising. Feedback emails and messages are not sent to Google Ads by the app.

You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
We retain feedback, analytics, diagnostic information, and purchase records for the purposes described above, subject to the retention settings and obligations applicable to each service. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete records already received by these services.
To request deletion of data associated with Sleep Time, email themraction@gmail.com with the subject "Sleep Time data deletion". Include the email address used for feedback or the relevant store order identifier, if applicable, so we can locate your records. Do not send payment card details. We will respond and delete identifiable feedback and associated records we can locate, except records that must be retained for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Anonymous or aggregated records may not be attributable to you. No account creation is required to make a request.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (themraction@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve their Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
